Do you do brass, copper and blackened-steel finishes?
Yes, all in-house. Plus the full RAL Classic and Design palettes, with chrome and gold special finishes. Premium finishes do not extend the lead time because they happen in our own coating line.
How do you handle phased delivery during install?
We deliver by floor, zone or any sequence your installer needs. Confirm the install sequence at the drawings stage and we plan production around it.
Are your balustrades and stair systems code-compliant?
Yes. Rail heights, infill spacing, fixings and loads are engineered to the destination country's building code, not to the LT code by default.
Can you work with our design-build firm directly?
Yes. We typically operate as a single point of contact for the architect, the general contractor and the FF&E team. One quote, one drawing set, one supplier.
What's your typical lead time for a full lobby?
8 to 12 weeks from approved drawings for a standard lobby package. Heavy structural staircases sit at the longer end of that range. Premium finishes do not extend it.
