Who is VS Projektai?
A Lithuanian metal fabrication partner founded and run by Vitalij Sergučiov. We are a founder-led workshop in Lentvaris, near Vilnius, that engineers, manufactures and finishes custom commercial projects for restaurants, retail, hotels, offices and custom-furniture brands across the EU.
What makes you different from a local fabricator?
Everything happens under one roof. Engineering support translates a brief into production-ready drawings; laser cutting, welding and finishing all run in-house; and our own transport plus EU-wide courier handles delivery. You get one point of contact and one quality chain from first sketch to a delivered, ready-to-install piece. On-site installation is handled by your fit-out crew.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Bespoke commercial interior elements - bar fronts, reception desks, metal-and-glass partitions, custom shelving, balustrades, signage frames, custom-furniture bases - plus larger architectural interior metalwork like interior staircases and mezzanine railings. Both one-off commissions and recurring production runs.
Where do you ship?
EU-wide from our Lentvaris workshop. We deliver with our own transport across Lithuania and via international courier anywhere in the EU; worldwide courier is available on request.
How fast do you respond to a quote request?
Within 1 business day. Full itemized quote with materials, finish and lead time follows once we have your drawings or a clear description of the project.
What file formats can I send?
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF or even a hand sketch with rough dimensions. We turn briefs into production-ready drawings ourselves so non-technical buyers do not need to prepare CAD.
What metals do you work with?
Carbon steel (S235, S355) laser-cut up to 20 mm, stainless steel (S304, S316) up to 12 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm. Plus profile and tube cutting on a Cormak HBS320 band saw with barfeeder.
Do you handle finishing in-house?
Yes. Sandblasting, powder coating (full RAL Standard and Design palettes plus chrome and gold special finishes) and polishing all under one roof. 24-hour finishing turnaround is possible per agreement.
What is your minimum order?
Laser cutting starts at €200 excl. VAT. Bespoke fit-out projects, larger fabrications and full assemblies are quoted per scope. We are happy to discuss small one-off commissions as well as recurring production runs.
